How you opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile phone number in the signup form on votenoc53.org and checking the SMS consent checkbox, which constitutes your express written consent to receive recurring campaign text messages from Vote No On C-53 at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of receiving any goods or services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive periodic messages about campaign news, events, and election reminders, with frequency increasing as Election Day approaches.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

How you opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@votenoc53.org.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors and platform providers that enable us to send text messages to you.

How We Share Information Generally

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
